Cold Savory Appetizer Recipes

Frosted Dill Appetizer

1 large kosher dill pickle
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
Thinly sliced ham or dried beef slices

Dry pickle well. Cover with cream cheese. Wrap with meat and spread remaining cream cheese over the meat. Refrigerate until cream cheese is firm.

Slice in thin slices to serve.
