Cold Savory Dip Recipes

Mexican Chi-Waw-Waw

8 ounces chopped black olives, drained
8 ounces chopped pimentos, drained
8 ounces chopped mushrooms, drained
4 tomatoes, chopped
8 chopped scallions, tops and all
3 (8 ounce) cans chopped green chiles, drained
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons salt

Mix all ingredients well and serve with corn chips. This freezes well.

Serves 20.

You can also use this over a lettuce salad or over an avocado.
