Cold Savory Dip Recipes

Pineapple Dip

1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 cup chopped pecans, divided

Combine pineapple, cream cheese, green pepper, onion and 2/3 cup pecans. Put into a bowl and sprinkle with remaining pecans. Chill and serve with crackers or corn chips.
