Mascarpone Pina Colada Dip

Yield: 8 to 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 ounces) Wisconsin Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1/4 cup pineapple preserves
  • 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Serve with cookies, such as ginger snaps or vanilla wafers, fresh pineapple and strawberries.
