Mascarpone Piña Colada Dip
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup (8 ounces) Wisconsin Mascarpone Cheese
- 1/4 cup pineapple preserves
- 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve with cookies, such as ginger snaps or vanilla wafers, fresh pineapple and strawberries.
