Paula Deen's She-Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Whipped Chive Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Halve six eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Mash yolks with a fork and stir in cream cheese spread, mayonnaise, mustard, relish, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture. Garnish with chopped chives.
  4. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
