Scallops in Bacon Jackets

Ingredients
- 20 shelled scallops
- Salt and pepper
- 20 slices bacon
- Lemon juice
- Tartar sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper.
- Squeeze lemon on each scallop.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each scallop, securing with a wooden cocktail pick.
- Broil slowly for about 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Serve hot with tartar sauce.
