2 beaten eggs
1/3 cup fine dry bred crumbs
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can deviled ham
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (22 ounce) can mince pie filling
1/3 cup apple juice or apple cider
1 tablespoon vinegar
Combine eggs, bread crumbs, deviled ham, salt and pepper; add ground beef
and mix well. Shape mixture into 6 dozen tiny meatballs. Place in shallow baking
pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes or until done. Cool; remove

Serve in chafing dish with picks. Keep warm, adding additional apple juice
if mixture becomes too thick.
