Creamy Chili Bean Dip
1/4 pound pork sausage
1 small onion, minced
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, fresh or canned, drained
1 (15 ounce) can Nalley's Hot Chili With Beans
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
Garnish with green pepper and pimiento
Fry sausage and onion; drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes and chili. Heat, mashing
beans with fork; simmer 15 minutes.
Blend in cheese and sour cream; heat thoroughly. Pour into bowl; garnish.
Serve warm with Nalley Chips. Makes 1 quart. Freezes well.
