Hot Hominy Dip
Yield: 4 to 5 cups
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can hominy, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) jar picante sauce
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Microwave cream cheese on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute.
- Stir in soup, hominy and picante sauce. Microwave on MEDIUM HIGH (70%) for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Microwave on MEDIUM HIGH (70%) for 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
