Mississippi Sin

Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients

• 1 loaf French bread (long)
• 1 package cooked ham, chopped
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
• 3 or 4 green onions
• Dash of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 large block Colby jack cheese, shredded, separated

Instructions

1. Hollow out French bread making a well in the center.
2. Mix ham, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, sauce, and all but 1 cup of the grated cheese.
3. Spoon into well of French bread.
4. Wrap filled bread with aluminum foil.
5. Bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees F.
6. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on bread and serve immediately.
7. Use Ritz crackers or bread pieces to scoop out filling.
