Queso with a Twist
Ingredients
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large jar pimentos
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped mild green chiles
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 pound mild Mexican processed cheese
Instructions
- Stir milk, soup, pimentos, chiles and dressing mix together over low heat first, then cut cheese into small chunks and add to mixture.
- Heat just until ingredients are melted and blended, stirring often.
- Serve over guacamole or use as a dip.
