Regal Lobster Dip

Yield: 1 3/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Dash seasoned salt
  • 1 (5 ounce) can (about 1 cup) lobster, flaked
  • 3 tablespoons sautérne

Instructions

  1. Melt cream cheese over low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Blend in mayonnaise, garlic, onion, mustard, sugar and salt.
  3. Stir in lobster and sautérne; heat through.
  4. Serve hot with Melba toast and assorted crackers.
