Smith Island Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pound backfin crab meat

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except crab meat until well blended.
  2. Gently stir in crab meat.
  3. Spread in baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
