Smith Island Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pound backfin crab meat
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except crab meat until well blended.
- Gently stir in crab meat.
- Spread in baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
