Queso with a Twist
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large jar pimentos
1 (4 ounce) can chopped mild green chiles
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1 pound mild Mexican processed cheese
Stir milk, soup, pimentos, chiles and dressing mix together over low heat
first, then cut cheese into small chunks and add to mixture. Heat just until
ingredients are melted and blended, stirring often.
Serve over guacamole or use as a dip.
