Boursin

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons softened butter
• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon each of favorite herbs oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil, etc.
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
• Splash of white wine
