Roquefort Walnut Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup toasted walnuts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 pound Roquefort cheese
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cream

Instructions

  1. Chop walnuts.
  2. With an electric mixer, blend cream cheese with Roquefort cheese. Add enough cream to give mixture a spreading consistency.
  3. Add nuts and mix to combine.
  4. Serve with apple and pear slices, grapes and crackers.
