Blue Moon

1 cup vanilla ice cream
4 ounces blue Curacao
2 ounces gin
5 drops Angostura Bitters
3 to 4 drops blue food coloring

Blend all ingredients. Garnish drinks with a cherry.

Makes 3 servings.
