Mary Pickford

1 teaspoon grenadine
4 sticks fresh pineapple
3 tablespoons shaved ice
1 jigger fine rum

Muddle the grenadine and pineapple, then add rum and ice. Place in a blender and blend thoroughly. Strain into a saucer-shape champagne glass.
