Pina Colada

1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup white or amber rum
1 cup fresh ripe pineapple
4 cups ice cubes

Combine ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Garnish each glass with a slice of pineapple.

Makes 4 (8 ounce) drinks.
