Pink Velvet

1 ounce Hiram Walker Chocolate Cherry
1/2 ounce Hiram Walker creme de Cassis
3 ounces vanilla ice cream

Combine in blender until smooth. Pour into champagne glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
