Queen of the Islands

3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 egg white
1 cup sweet white wine
1 cup crushed ice or 4 whole ice cubes

Combine juices and sugar in a blender container. Cover and process on low until sugar is liquefied. Add egg white, wine and ice. Cover and process on high only until ice is liquefied. Pour into cocktail glasses.

Yields 8 (3 ounce) cocktails.
