Ramos Fizz (New Orleans Fizz)

Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
1 egg white
1 jigger dry gin
1 dash orange juice
1 tablespoon sweet cream

Shake hard and long with cracked ice. Strain into a small highball glass, and add carbonated water.
