1/2 pint raspberry sherbet
1 jigger brandy
1 jigger white creme de cacao
12 cup crushed ice or 2 whole ice cubes
Put all ingredients into a blender container. Cover and process on high until
smooth. Serve in cocktail glasses.
Yields 4 (3 ounce) drinks.
