Rum Collins

Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
1 jigger rum
Seltzer water

Put lemon juice, confectioners' sugar and rum into a tall glass. Add ice, then fill with seltzer water. Stir well and top with a lemon slice.
