Whiskey Sour

Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon confectioners sugar
1 jigger whiskey
Carbonated water

Add cracked ice to the lemon juice, sugar and whiskey. Shake well; strain into a Delmonico glass and fill with carbonated water.
