Indulgent Coffee Creamer

1/2 cup Kahlua
1 pint heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 to 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour in a jar and cover with lid. Store in refrigerator.
