Lemon Melon Mist

Yield: 1 (8 ounce) serving

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup diced honeydew or cantaloupe
• 1/2 cup lime sherbet
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
• 1 tablespoon light corn syrup

Instructions

1. In blender combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with 1/2 slice of lemon.
