Southern Sausage Muffins
Yield: 12 muffins
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound pork sausage, browned and crumbled (not drained)
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup self-rising corn meal
- 1 cup French onion dip
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Combine cooked sausage, flour, cornmeal, onion dip, Cheddar cheese and milk in large bowl. Mix until combined.
- Spoon into prepared muffin tins, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
