Cranberry Eggnog Muffins

Muffins:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup eggnog
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup chopped cranberries (combined with 2 tablespoons sugar)

Streusel Topping:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine all muffin ingredients.

Combine topping ingredients. Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full and top with Streusel Topping. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes 18 muffins.
