Southern Sausage Muffins
1/2 pound pork sausage, browned and crumbled (not drained)
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup self-rising corn meal
1 cup French onion dip
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
Combine cooked sausage, flour, cornmeal, onion dip, Cheddar cheese and milk
in large bowl. Mix until combined. Spoon into prepared muffin tins, filling
2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
Yield: 12 muffins.
