Broccoli Bread

1 box chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
12 ounces cottage cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 large onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Add corn muffin mix to other ingredients. Mix well and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
