Quick Savory Bread Recipes

Seafood Cornbread

1 1/4 cups corn meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
1 large chopped onion
2 eggs
1/2 - 1 cup cooking oil
1/2 large chopped bell pepper
1/2 clove garlic
1 can cream-style corn
8 ounces grated cheese
Green onion
Jalapeno pepper, minced (if desired)
Creole seasoning
Crawfish, shrimp or crabmeat (as much or as little as you like)

Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-55 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
