Raspberry Pancake Sauce
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and raspberry preserves. Heat,
stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Serve hot over pancakes.
