Crescent Cheesecake
Ingredients
Cheesecake
- 2 packages Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Topping
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover bottom of pan with one entire package of crescent rolls* (push together sections to make one large piece).
Filling
- Whip together cream cheese, vanilla extract and sugar. Add filling on top of crescent rolls.
- Cover filling with other package of crescent rolls.
Topping
- Melt butter and cover crescent rolls.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in one bowl and sprinkle over top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
* This recipe can easily be halved for an 8 inch baking dish. Just split one roll of crescent in half. Don't use two packages.
