No Bake Eggnog Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust

• 3/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup butter

Filling

• 8 ounces softened cream cheese
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 envelope Knox gelatine
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 1 cup eggnog
• 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

Crust

1. Mix together and press into bottom of an 8-inch square pan.

Filling

1. Mix together cream cheese and sugar..
2. Dissolve gelatine in cold water, but heat it to dissolve. Add to cheese mixture.
3. Add eggnog.
4. Cool until just slightly thickened.
5. Fold in whipped topping. Pour over Graham cracker crust.
6. Chill.
