Strawberry Cream Filling

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
• 1/2 cup strawberries, mashed

Instructions

1. Whip cream until stiff.
2. Fold in sugar, egg white and the mashed strawberries.

Notes

Use caution when using raw egg whites.
