Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Yield: 12 to 16 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 quart ice cream
  • 1 package Oreo or Hydrox cookies
  • 1 jar hot fudge or chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Soften ice cream.
  2. Crush cookies in a bowl and pour on the bottom of a casserole pan.
  3. Spread softened ice cream over top of crushed Oreo cookies.
  4. Pour sauce on top.
  5. Freeze and serve.
