Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

This is a wonderfully moist cake!

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup hot water

Blend all ingredients with mixer 2 to 3 minutes and pour into greased round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes.
