Campfire Clam Chowder
Ingredients
- 1 package Knorr Swiss Leek soup mix
- 2/3 cup instantnt potatoes
- 2/3 cup powdered milk
- 5 cups water
- 1 (6 ounce) can chopped or minced clams, including juice
- Bacon bits (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except bacon bits and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes
or until done.
- Sprinkle bacon bits on top, if desired.
