Mounds Balls
Yield: 100 balls
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 14 ounces angel flake coconut
- 2 pounds confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/5 pound paraffin wax
Instructions
- Mix butter, sweetened condensed milk, coconut, confectioners' sugar and pecans with hands.
- Roll into balls and put into refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips with paraffin in double boiler.
- Stick each ball with a wooden pick and dip into chocolate and then place on wax paper.
