No-Bake Fruit Balls

Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) package mixed dried fruit bits
- 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- Confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- In a small bowl stir together fruit, nuts and brandy; let stand for 1 hour.
- In a medium bowl beat butter and corn syrup until well blended.
- Gradually beat in crumbs until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add fruit mixture; mix well.
- Shape into 3/4 inch balls, wetting hands if mixture becomes dry.
- Roll balls in confectioners' sugar.
- Store in an airtight container up to 1 month or until ready to serve.
