Rum Balls
Yield: 5 to 6 dozen
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup white Karo syrup
- 1/4 cup rum
- Extra confectioners' sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Combine Graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, pecans and cocoa. Mix well with hands.
- Add syrup and rum. Mix until well blended.
- Roll mixture into small balls and roll in confectioners' sugar.
