Peanut Butter Creams

2 cups peanut butter
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 cups salted peanuts, finely crushed, divided

Blend all ingredients except 1 cup peanuts; shape into a roll. Roll in remaining peanuts, chill and slice.
