Peanut Butter Snickers Candy

1/2 cup Karo syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups Special "K" cereal

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and stir. Add cereal; stir well. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Cool.
