S'Mores Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 Graham crackers, broken into small pieces
Instructions
- Line an 8 inch square pan with aluminum foil; grease foil.
- Cook chips and condensed milk in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat; let cool 2 minutes, then stir in vanilla extract and 1 cup of the marshmallows.
- Pour into lined pan.
- Stick Graham cracker pieces and remaining marshmallows into fudge.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
- Invert pan, peel off foil, invert fudge and cut into 1 inch squares.
Notes
Lowfat S'Mores Fudge: Use reduced-fat semisweet chocolate-flavor baking chips, nonfat sweetened condensed milk and low-fat Graham crackers.
