Creme Drops Fudge

2 (1 pound) packages old fashioned cr me drops
1 cup peanut butter (optional)
3/4 to 1 cup chopped nuts

Have ready a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix candy and peanut butter in microwave-safe bowl. Heat 4 or 5 minutes until melted. Stir well to mix. Add nuts, mixing well. Pour into prepared pan. Spread and let cool. Cut into squares. Work quickly as this fudge hardens rapidly.
