Truffle, Bon Bon and Ball Recipes

Coconut Creams

2 sticks (1 cup) butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk milk
4 cups coconut
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
10 tablespoons paraffin

Mix butter, confectioners' sugar, sweetened condensed milk and coconut with mixer. Roll into 3/4 inch balls. place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet. chill.

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate. Chill.
