El Toro Bravo Mexican Grill and Cantina Dos XX Amber Tacos

2 cups flour
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon allspice
1 tablespoon ginger
24 ounces Dos XX Amber Cerveza
36 ounces chicken tenders (all white meat)
12 flour tortillas
Combine all ingredients above and mix until you reach a good smooth texture.
Take chicken and dip each piece of chicken in the batter and fry. Make sure
that grease is no hotter than 350 degrees F.
Remove chicken and place on flour tortillas (3ounces chicken per taco). Top
each taco with shredded lettuce, cheese and tomatoes and serve it with your
favorite side dish.
Makes 12 tacos.
