Ludger's Restaurant Winekraut

1 small onion
1/2 pound green or red grapes
1 cup white wine
4 ounces butter
1 small head cabbage

Saute onion in butter. Add chopped cabbage, wine, and grapes. Cook until tender. Serve with beef rouladen.
