Zabar's Cream Cheese Spread

Serve Zabar's Cream Cheese Spread on crackers or toasted bagel rounds.

Yield: about 4 cups

Ingredients

• 1 pound cream cheese at room temperature
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of garlic powder
• 1/2 cup chopped scallion

Instructions

1. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl and stir until well mixed and smooth.
2. Stir in the scallions.
